Engineering Team possesses over hundreds of years of combined experience and

Dawn has dedicated custom program managers (CPM) whose objectives are
to ensure that pre-sales RFQ and post sales documentation for all
non-standard or custom products are complete and accurate. These
CPMs act as a single point of contact for all customer product and
program issues. They also coordinate all internal program related
efforts, relay changes and upgrades to the design team, discuss
possible improvements to the design with our customers, and rally the
required resources for the completion of custom product applications.
